Money sure seems to be the driving factor for the people out of control in the Underground world. Although, Cash is driven by love and Brooks is driven by his beliefs, yet they don’t seem to be in control either.
The Underground series is a crime fiction. You will not be disappointed with the amount of crime scenes this novel produces. Following the “War on Drugs” and gangs affiliated with it, the body count piles up in this nonstop action thriller.
Underground tunnels play a big role in the Underground novels series. They are used to transport illegal drugs across borders. Rochelle and Escobedo utilize an underground tunnel to get across the border. In the second novel, we see how Enzo Jr and Mia met, and the underground tunnel system plays a big role in their history. Damon alludes to it very briefly in the first novel, but we get to see it in the next novel.
Special Agents are hot on the thirteen underground soldiers making such a splash on the illegal drug market. Hudson needs to find out what else they have gathered. He needs to get his hands on any Top Secret documents in the next novel to either know how to circumvent the Special Agents or lead Zane and his men to cover their tracks better.
